This 6 week training is designed to empower Slate Captains and power users managing day-to-day operations and implementing Slate projects. In our sessions, Alana provides in-depth insights into all Slate modules, helping you understand their interconnectivity to effectively address institutional needs. She will guide you in developing a strategic road map for prioritizing future projects, identifying quick wins to immediately resolve pain points, as well as longer-term projects that will require collaboration across your institution. She'll also suggest practical processes for encouraging successful partnerships with colleagues, ensuring a streamlined approach to drive successful outcomes.
